In this reflective episode, Tara looks back at the four years since her car accident and the strange parallels bringing her back to Saskatoon during another family caregiving journey.

After recently beginning daily treatment for a severe growth hormone deficiency connected to her concussions, she shares what this season is teaching her about capacity, grief, joy, movement, freedom, and slowing down when life itself doesn’t slow down.

Tara explores a different way of reflecting—not by replaying everything that went wrong, but by asking: What did I do with what happened to me?

An honest conversation about noticing how much you’ve changed, finding joy alongside difficult things, and giving yourself credit for how far you’ve come.
